INTRODUCTION
Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.
ABOUT THE REVENUE TEAM
The Revenue team drives Affirm’s top-line growth through strategic partnerships, pricing, and go-to-market execution. We acquire, retain, and expand merchant relationships across eCommerce, in-store, telesales, and the Affirm app. The team leads onboarding, relationship management, and performance optimization to help partners succeed. We deliver value-added solutions, drive adoption, and support long-term business growth by connecting merchants and consumers through Affirm’s products.
ABOUT THE TEAM
We're looking for a curious, driven analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. Revenue Operations serves as the backbone of the Revenue organization at Affirm. We follow a data-driven approach that combines elements of strategy, systems, process, and analytics to align go-to-market motions across the organization. As a Revenue Operations Analyst II, you will be a key partner to our Marketing, Business Development, and early Sales teams - focused on making the top of the funnel predictable, clean, and scalable. You'll design and optimize the processes, automation, and tooling that govern how leads, contacts, and accounts enter the revenue funnel, ensuring downstream teams can execute with confidence. The ideal candidate is equal parts tactical, building automation and workflows, and strategic thinking through lifecycle design, routing logic, and coverage models that scale with the business.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and optimize top of funnel merchant lifecycle processes — from Marketing touch through Contact creation, Account readiness, and Discovery handoff — with an emphasis on automation, data quality, and clear documentation
- Own and define lead routing logic, automation triggers, and lifecycle dependencies that govern how leads and accounts move through the top of funnel; partner with Business Systems for implementation
- Own cross-functional initiatives end to end — managing stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Product, Revenue Ops, Analytics, and others
- Support attribution tracking and funnel conversion analysis for Marketing, BDA, and early funnel performance to surface actionable insights
- Own workflow automations (e.g., Slack notifications, cross-tool workflows, process triggers) that improve speed-to-lead and reduce manual work
- Collaborate with the Business Systems team to improve Salesforce and adjacent GTM tooling for lead and account management efficiency; define processes to ensure data integrity at funnel entry
- Partner with Revenue Enablement to train and support revenue teams on top of funnel processes and tooling changes
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required
- 2+ years of revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce (experience as an administrator is a plus); familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot)
- Mastery of Excel / Google Sheets and a solid understanding of business intelligence tools
- Experience with lead lifecycle management, lead routing tools (e.g., RingLead, LeanData), data enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, Zoominfo), or lead scoring and attribution frameworks is preferred
- Proven ability to manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout projects
- Prior experience in data analysis, reporting, and funnel performance measurement
- A strong sense of organization, a growth mentality, and a bias toward documenting and systematizing repeatable processes

Frame your PMP credentials for fintech
Affirm operates at the intersection of lending, payments, and technology. Certifications like PMP or CAPM carry more weight when your resume connects them to financial product launches, compliance-driven timelines, or cross-functional releases in regulated environments.
Search verified sponsoring employers on Migrate Mate
Filter for Project Management Analyst openings at companies with confirmed sponsorship histories in Banking and Financial Services. Migrate Mate surfaces Affirm roles alongside sponsorship track records, so you're not guessing which postings are actually open to visa candidates.
Understand how LCA filing shapes your offer
Before Affirm submits your H-1B petition, it must file a Labor Condition Application with DOL certifying the offered wage meets the prevailing rate for your location. Knowing this step exists helps you ask informed questions about timeline during offer negotiation.
Highlight cross-functional stakeholder experience explicitly
Affirm's Project Management Analyst roles routinely involve coordinating between engineering, product, risk, and compliance teams. Generic project experience won't stand out. Describe specific examples where you aligned competing priorities across technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
Prepare your I-94 and status documentation before final offer
Affirm uses E-Verify for employment eligibility confirmation. Have your current I-94 record, visa stamp, and any EAD or OPT card ready before your start date. Delays in producing these documents can push back your onboarding, even after an offer is signed.

Find Project Management Analyst at Affirm JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Affirm sponsor H-1B visas for Project Management Analysts?
Yes, Affirm sponsors H-1B visas for Project Management Analyst roles. The company has a consistent track record of filing H-1B petitions across its product, operations, and program management functions. If you're subject to the H-1B cap, your petition would need to clear the annual lottery before October 1. Affirm's size and sponsorship infrastructure make it a realistic target for H-1B candidates in this function.
How do I apply for Project Management Analyst jobs at Affirm?
Applications go through Affirm's careers portal, where Project Management Analyst openings are listed by team and location. Tailoring your application to the specific product area or business unit matters more than a generic submission. You can also browse verified Affirm openings on Migrate Mate, which surfaces active roles alongside confirmed sponsorship context so you know the position is open to visa candidates before you apply.
Which visa types does Affirm commonly sponsor for Project Management Analyst roles?
Affirm sponsors H-1B visas as the primary long-term work authorization path for Project Management Analysts. The company also supports F-1 OPT and CPT for candidates still in or recently graduated from U.S. degree programs, TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying occupations, and EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card sponsorship for employees already working in the role who pursue permanent residence.
What qualifications does Affirm expect for Project Management Analyst roles?
Most Project Management Analyst postings at Affirm expect a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, along with experience managing cross-functional projects in a technology or financial services environment. Familiarity with agile methodologies, tools like JIRA or Asana, and the ability to navigate ambiguous stakeholder dynamics are consistently emphasized. PMP certification strengthens an application but isn't typically listed as a hard requirement.
How do I time my application to fit the H-1B sponsorship process at Affirm?
USCIS opens H-1B cap registration each March for an October 1 start date. To have Affirm file on your behalf, you'd need an offer in place before that registration window opens, typically meaning an interview and offer process completed between January and early March. If you're on OPT, cap-gap provisions can bridge your authorization while a petition is pending. Starting your outreach six to nine months before your current status expires gives you a realistic runway.
