Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Supply Chain Jobs at Amazon Jobs
Align your resume to Amazon's Supply Chain ladder
Amazon structures Supply Chain roles around specific competencies like network optimization, S&OP, and transportation procurement. Frame your experience using those terms and mirror the level descriptors in job postings so your application clears their internal ATS before a recruiter reviews it.
Target roles tied to fulfillment network expansion
Amazon consistently hires Supply Chain managers and analysts to support new fulfillment center launches and last-mile buildouts. Roles tied to active infrastructure projects tend to have stronger hiring urgency, which can accelerate the timeline from offer to sponsorship initiation.
Clarify visa type eligibility before your offer call
Amazon sponsors H-1B, E-3, and H-1B1 visas depending on your citizenship. If you're Australian or from a qualifying treaty country, confirm which petition type your recruiter plans to file so you're not surprised after signing, since the documentation requirements differ.
Prepare your degree equivalency documentation early
Supply Chain roles at Amazon often require a degree in engineering, operations research, or a related field. If your credential is from outside the U.S., get a credential evaluation completed before your background check clears so there's no delay at the USCIS petition stage.
Understand Amazon's PERM timeline for green card sponsorship
Amazon has historically initiated PERM labor certification for Supply Chain employees after a qualifying tenure. DOL processing for PERM typically runs 12 to 18 months, so starting your H-1B extensions in parallel matters if your priority date is backlogged under EB-2 or EB-3.
Browse verified Supply Chain openings on Migrate Mate
Identifying which Amazon Supply Chain roles are actively tied to sponsorship pathways saves time in a competitive application cycle. Use Migrate Mate to filter for Amazon Supply Chain positions that explicitly support visa sponsorship before you tailor your application materials.

Find Supply Chain at Amazon JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Amazon sponsor H-1B visas for Supply Chain roles?
Yes, Amazon sponsors H-1B visas for Supply Chain positions including roles in network planning, logistics operations, and transportation management. Sponsorship is typically initiated after a full-time offer is extended. Amazon also files for H-1B transfers if you're already on a valid H-1B with another employer, which can simplify your transition timeline.
Which visa types does Amazon sponsor for Supply Chain positions?
Amazon sponsors H-1B, E-3, and H-1B1 visas for Supply Chain roles, depending on your citizenship. Australian citizens are eligible for the E-3, which has no lottery and a separate annual allocation. For longer-term pathways, Amazon has initiated PERM labor certification supporting EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship for Supply Chain employees who meet tenure and eligibility requirements.
What qualifications does Amazon expect for sponsored Supply Chain roles?
Most Supply Chain roles at Amazon require a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, operations research, or a related quantitative field. Many mid-level and senior positions expect hands-on experience with inventory planning tools, carrier management, or fulfillment operations. An MBA or advanced degree can strengthen your profile for program manager and senior analyst tracks.
How do I apply for Supply Chain jobs at Amazon?
Start by browsing Supply Chain openings that include visa sponsorship using Migrate Mate, which filters for roles where Amazon has an active sponsorship track record. Apply directly through Amazon's careers portal, tailor your resume to the specific role's competency requirements, and indicate your visa status during the application so recruiters can route you to the appropriate sponsorship process from the start.
How do I plan my timeline if I need sponsorship for an Amazon Supply Chain role?
If you're on OPT, factor in that H-1B cap-subject petitions must be filed for an October 1 start date, and registration opens in March. STEM OPT extensions give you up to 36 months of work authorization to bridge the gap. E-3 and H-1B1 petitions aren't subject to the annual lottery, so those pathways can be initiated year-round once you have an offer.
