Frame your credentials around project-based consulting
WSP's Supply Chain work is embedded in large infrastructure and engineering engagements, not standalone procurement operations. Tailor your resume to show experience managing vendors, logistics, or sourcing within project-driven environments rather than purely transactional supply chain roles.
Target roles that align with WSP's sector focus
WSP concentrates Supply Chain hiring around transportation, energy, water, and environmental services. Prioritize applications for roles tied to these verticals, where your background in capital project procurement or materials management directly maps to active client work.
Clarify your visa status early in the process
WSP sponsors multiple visa categories for Supply Chain hires. Disclose your work authorization needs before the offer stage so the recruiting team can loop in their immigration counsel early, avoiding delays after a verbal offer is extended.
Prepare documentation that supports a specialty occupation claim
For H-1B or E-3 petitions, DOL and USCIS scrutinize whether Supply Chain roles require a specific bachelor's degree or higher. Gather evidence that your position demands specialized knowledge, such as engineering, operations research, or logistics systems expertise, not generalist business skills.
Browse WSP Supply Chain openings through Migrate Mate
Visa-sponsored Supply Chain roles at consulting firms can be hard to filter on general job boards. Use Migrate Mate to surface open WSP positions that are tagged by visa type, so you can apply directly to roles already aligned with your sponsorship needs.

Find Supply Chain at WSP JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does WSP sponsor H-1B visas for Supply Chain roles?
Yes, WSP sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying Supply Chain positions. The role must meet USCIS's specialty occupation standard, meaning it requires at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as supply chain management, engineering, or operations research. WSP's in-house immigration support typically coordinates the Labor Condition Application with DOL before the H-1B petition is filed with USCIS.
How do I apply for Supply Chain jobs at WSP?
Applications go through WSP's careers portal, where Supply Chain roles are listed by region and service line. Before applying, confirm the role matches your visa category, since not every posting will note sponsorship eligibility upfront. Migrate Mate filters open WSP Supply Chain positions by visa type, making it easier to identify relevant opportunities before you invest time in a full application.
Which visa types does WSP commonly use for Supply Chain hires?
WSP sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, and F-1 OPT and CPT for Supply Chain roles, along with immigrant pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for longer-term hires. E-3 applies to Australian citizens only. TN is available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories. The right visa depends on your nationality, degree, and the specific job duties outlined in the offer.
What qualifications does WSP look for in Supply Chain candidates?
WSP typically looks for candidates with a degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business operations, or a related field, combined with hands-on experience in procurement, vendor management, or logistics within large-scale infrastructure or consulting projects. Familiarity with capital project environments, contract administration, or materials tracking for engineering firms strengthens your candidacy significantly over general corporate supply chain backgrounds.
How do I plan my timeline if WSP is sponsoring my visa?
Timeline depends heavily on visa type. H-1B sponsorship follows a fixed annual cycle, with USCIS registration in March and an October 1 start date if selected. E-3 and TN petitions move faster, often within weeks of an accepted offer. PERM-based Green Card sponsorship for EB-2 or EB-3 can take significantly longer and is typically initiated after you've been employed at WSP for a period the firm determines internally.
