In this role, you will be responsible for developing production schedules, managing inventory levels, and ensuring materials are available to meet customer demand. - Analyze production and inventory data to support forecasting and decision-making
- Communicate schedule updates, priorities, and changes to key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies
- Support quality initiatives and ensure production plans meet quality standards
- Maintain basic master data and support reporting needs
- Track and support key performance metrics
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing
- SAP experience
- ISO 9001 experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP)
Work Environment & Schedule
- Primarily office-based with occasional plant visits (PPE provided)
- Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Occasional evening or weekend work as needed
- Minimal travel may be required
