Target clinical and allied health roles
Central Florida Health Care's sponsorship activity is concentrated in healthcare delivery roles. Focus your search on clinical, nursing, behavioral health, and allied health positions where visa sponsorship is most commonly extended to international candidates.
Leverage your OPT or CPT window strategically
The organization sponsors F-1 OPT and CPT, so if you're a student or recent graduate in a healthcare field, use your practical training period to get a foot in the door before pursuing long-term H-1B sponsorship.
Understand the H-1B cap and timing
H-1B petitions must be filed in April for an October start date. Start conversations with Central Florida Health Care's HR team well before the registration window opens in March to confirm sponsorship eligibility for your role.
Emphasize specialized credentials in your application
Healthcare employers prioritize licensure, certifications, and specialty training. Make sure your application clearly highlights any U.S.-recognized credentials, as these directly affect whether a role qualifies as a specialty occupation for H-1B purposes.
Search verified sponsors before applying broadly
Not every healthcare employer is willing to sponsor. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your energy on employers like Central Florida Health Care that have demonstrated a commitment to hiring internationally.
Ask about sponsorship early in the process
In healthcare hiring, HR teams move quickly once they identify a strong candidate. Raise your visa status in the first conversation rather than after an offer is extended, so both sides can assess sponsorship feasibility without wasted time.
