Target engineering and technical roles first
Deposco's sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical disciplines. Software engineers, data specialists, and product-focused roles align most closely with the visa categories they actively support, making these the strongest entry points for international applicants.
Understand their full sponsorship range
Deposco sponsors across multiple visa types, including H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, CPT, J-1, and Green Card pathways. If you're on OPT or CPT, don't assume you need to wait for H-1B eligibility before applying, they've supported early-career international candidates.
Prioritize Green Card pathway conversations early
Deposco has a strong history of sponsoring permanent residency alongside temporary work visas. Ask about their EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship policies during the offer stage so you understand the long-term immigration support available before you accept.
Search for Deposco roles on a platform with verified sponsorship data
Not all job listings signal sponsorship clearly. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, making it easier to confirm Deposco's openings before investing time in an application.
Align your application with their supply chain technology focus
Deposco builds warehouse management and fulfillment software. Applicants who can speak to logistics technology, cloud platforms, or supply chain optimization will resonate more strongly with hiring managers and strengthen any sponsorship case.
Apply ahead of the H-1B registration window
For roles requiring H-1B sponsorship, timing matters. Deposco needs time to assess your profile and prepare filings before the annual cap registration opens each March. Starting your job search in the fall gives you the best chance of being included.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Deposco sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Deposco sponsors H-1B visas and has done so consistently across multiple years. Sponsorship is primarily concentrated in technical and engineering roles that align with their supply chain software platform. If you're targeting an H-1B through Deposco, applying well ahead of the March registration window gives you the strongest chance of being included in that cycle.
Which visa types does Deposco sponsor?
Deposco sponsors a broad range of visa types, including H-1B, TN visa, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1 visa, and Green Card pathways through EB-2 and EB-3 classifications. This makes them a strong option for international candidates at various career and immigration stages, from recent graduates on OPT to experienced professionals seeking permanent residency.
Which departments or roles at Deposco are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Visa sponsorship at Deposco is most common in technical roles, including software engineering, data engineering, and product development. These positions map directly to the specialty occupation criteria required for H-1B and Green Card filings. Operations and implementation roles tied to their warehouse management system may also qualify, particularly for candidates with relevant degrees and domain expertise in supply chain technology.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Deposco?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find Deposco openings with confirmed sponsorship history. Unlike general job boards, Migrate Mate verifies sponsorship activity from government disclosure data, so you can see which roles and companies have actually sponsored international candidates, not just which ones say they're open to it in a job description.
How do I approach the application process at Deposco as an international candidate?
Be upfront about your visa status early in the process. Deposco has an established track record of supporting international hires, so there's no advantage in delaying the conversation. Come prepared to discuss your current status, work authorization timeline, and any upcoming OPT or visa expiration dates. Technical candidates should also emphasize domain knowledge in logistics or supply chain software, which directly strengthens the specialty occupation argument for any visa filing.
