ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage multiple projects
- Participate in State agencies meeting and internal staff meetings
- Examine and participate audits on current States’ programs
- Run quarterly claim reports for state agencies
- Develop strong understanding of State agencies practice and system
- Work with Business consultant and IT development team
- Create meeting notes
- Create project schedules and maintain project schedule
Education
Bachelor’s in finance or Accounting, Mathematics or Public Policy
PREFERRED EDUCATION
- Master’s in accounting, Finance or Public Policy
- CPA or any other accounting certification
- Fluent in any foreign language
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 to 2 years of experience
- Experience with large scale audits
- Experience with accounting systems
- Experience with financial system
- Strong note taker and ability to learn and grow into the role
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principals
