Dasher & Logistics owns initiatives that touch all parts of the Dasher life cycle ranging from supply & demand, to cost & quality, to Dasher pay, to Dasher retention, to order batching and beyond. Our Logistics Operations team owns the operational outcomes of DoorDash's logistics business, with a focus on balancing speed, quality, and cost. We operate at the intersection of financial performance and real-world execution, ensuring that every dollar invested drives reliable operations and a sustainable Dasher ecosystem.
About the Role
You will play an integral role in building our business strategy on our Logistics Operations team under the Dasher & Logistics pillar. Your primary goal will focus on opportunities to improve dasher pay and efficiency by getting into the weeds and really understanding what's happening on the ground, developing and testing hypotheses, and scaling that impact through working with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and Analytics. You will report directly into a Manager on the Dasher & Logistics team.
