We are currently hiring an RN Team Lead based in Framingham. The RN Team Lead will collaborate with medical providers in the delivery of medical care for patients of all ages. To perform a variety of clinical tasks based on clinical knowledge and experience. In addition, the Team Lead will work collaboratively with Nurse Managers and/or Practice Managers (Clinical/Operations) in the support and oversight of the day-to-day operations of the Medical Department and the staff assigned.

Essential Functions:
- Responsible for taking an active role in disciplinary meetings with assigned staff.
- Provide performance feedback on medical assistants assigned to providers for performance evaluations.
- Responsible for Medical Assistant direct observation and providing performance feedback to Nurse Managers.
- Manage training/orientation with the Nurse Manager and VP of Nursing of all new hires to the care team.
- Responsible for delegation of tasks to medical assistants assigned to department.
- Responsible for implementing new initiatives and supporting current ones.
- Attend all relevant departmental and center wide meetings and training.
- Assuring appropriate billing for services is implemented by the team.
- Monitor phone queues of assigned staff and manage staff with poor response to incoming calls.
- Responsible for additional tasks based on the needs of the department.
- Ensure nurses and medical assistants are participating in provider huddles.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting nurse manager in hiring and onboarding of nurses, medical assistants, and other clinical support.
- Assist nurse manager with performance evaluation and performance improvement plans of department staff.
- Assist in monitoring and managing supply management.
- Assist in vaccine and medication management.
- Manage walk-in patient traffic, improve, and implement workflows related to walk-in patients.
- Oversight of code bags, AED, and oxygen tanks.
- Provides support for nursing visits as needed.
Education and Experience:
- Valid Massachusetts Nursing License
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate (American Heart Association required)
- Demonstrated leadership and expertise in healthcare organizations
