About the Role
Envision Unlimited is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Outpatient Clinical Therapist to provide outpatient therapy and community-based services to individuals with mental illness, including those with co-occurring ID/DD. This role is ideal for clinicians who value interdisciplinary collaboration and want to make a meaningful community impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments, including IM-CANS and required updates
- Provide individual therapy in home, school, community, or clinic settings
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation (IM-CANS, LOCUS, progress notes, billing)
- Coordinate care with psychiatrists, medical providers, benefits case managers, and external agencies
- Deliver crisis interventions and complete required incident documentation
- Develop and facilitate therapeutic groups as assigned
- Meet productivity and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of social services experience (mental health preferred)
- Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in community-based settings
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
