Technical Solutions Engineer Jobs at EPAM Systems with Visa Sponsorship

This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver solutions using components from the Salesforce ecosystem
• Lead the development team
• Follow our development standards and best practices
• Participate actively in our Technical Architecture Community
• Expand professional qualifications through continuous education

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Architect
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform products
• Proficiency in Git (e.g., code merges between branches, cherry-picking, release tags, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of design/enterprise architecture patterns
• Advanced understanding of the Salesforce deployment toolchain (including Salesforce DX, change sets, data loader)
• Good understanding of project delivery methodologies
• Familiarity with testing processes and types of tests available (e.g., SIT, UAT, QA, automated testing, functional testing, performance testing, etc.)
• Ability to assist the project manager in providing cost and time effort estimations
• Capability to work effectively under high pressure from project management or customers
• Experience conducting technical discovery sessions
• Knowledge of integration patterns
• Experience designing and building integration architectures
• Strong client-facing skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
