Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Front desk management, including hiring
- Charge corrections/data entry
- Medical records
- Onboarding
- Benefit verification
- Scheduling
- Check-in/Check-out
- Payment collections
- Charge Entry
- Heavy data entry/scanning
- Insurance Authorizations
- Maintaining front office/wait room
- Other general office duties
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Previous physical therapy or medical office experience is strongly desired, however we are willing to invest in training the right person. WebPT, and Excel experience is welcomed. We are looking for a "go-getter" willing to put in the work necessary to help manage and run our clinic.
