Target roles at the intersection of robotics and logistics
EXOTEC's work in warehouse automation means sponsored roles tend to sit in engineering, systems integration, and operations. Position yourself at that intersection, generic distribution experience is less compelling than hands-on automation or robotics credentials.
Understand that E-3 sponsorship requires a specialty occupation
EXOTEC has sponsored E-3 visas, so Australian professionals should verify their role qualifies as a specialty occupation. Technical and engineering positions are strong fits, generalist or entry-level roles in distribution are harder to support under E-3 requirements.
Green Card sponsorship signals long-term hiring intent
EXOTEC has pursued Green Card sponsorship, which suggests it's willing to invest in employees long-term. When you apply, frame your interest in growing with the company, sponsors who pursue permanent residency are looking for retention, not just a short-term hire.
Research EXOTEC's U.S. expansion and open facilities
Distribution and warehouse automation companies grow by opening new sites. Roles tied to new facility launches or regional expansion often carry the most urgent hiring needs, and urgent hiring is when sponsorship conversations move fastest.
Filter for verified sponsors before applying
Not every company that claims to sponsor actually does. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, search for EXOTEC there to confirm open roles and avoid wasting applications on companies without a track record.
Prepare to explain your visa situation upfront with E-3
EXOTEC's recruiters in Distribution & Wholesale may be unfamiliar with E-3 mechanics. Come prepared with a one-paragraph explanation of how E-3 sponsorship works and what the employer needs to do, removing friction early accelerates the sponsorship conversation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does EXOTEC sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, EXOTEC has not sponsored H-1B visas recently. Its sponsorship activity has focused on the E-3 visa and Green Card pathways. If you're not an Australian citizen and were hoping for H-1B sponsorship, it's worth contacting EXOTEC's HR team directly to confirm their current position before applying.
What visa types does EXOTEC sponsor?
EXOTEC sponsors the E-3 visa for Australian citizens and has also pursued Green Card sponsorship through employment-based immigrant visa categories. If you're an Australian professional in a technical or operations role, the E-3 pathway is worth exploring. Green Card sponsorship signals that EXOTEC is open to supporting long-term immigration goals for the right candidates.
Which roles or departments at EXOTEC are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Given EXOTEC's focus on robotics and warehouse automation within the Distribution & Wholesale sector, sponsored roles are most likely to sit in engineering, systems integration, field operations, and technical sales. How do I find currently open sponsored jobs at EXOTEC?
Migrate Mate lists open roles at verified visa sponsors, including EXOTEC, and lets you filter by visa type so you can focus on positions where sponsorship is a real possibility. Search for EXOTEC directly on Migrate Mate to see current openings and confirm which roles align with E-3 or Green Card sponsorship pathways.
How do I approach the application process at EXOTEC as a visa applicant?
Start by confirming your target role qualifies as a specialty occupation, particularly important for E-3 applications. Contact EXOTEC's recruitment team early to gauge their familiarity with your visa type, and be prepared to explain what sponsorship involves on your end. EXOTEC's history of sponsoring both E-3 and Green Card pathways suggests it has worked through this process before, which makes those conversations easier.
