Target roles aligned with technical facility operations
Facility Solutions Group's sponsorship activity centers on technically specialized roles within construction and real estate. Focus your applications on engineering, project management, and operations positions where a specific degree requirement strengthens your H-1B specialty occupation case.
Use OPT or CPT as your entry point
Facility Solutions Group sponsors F-1 OPT and CPT, which makes it a realistic first step for students. Securing a role under OPT gives you time to demonstrate value before the company commits to H-1B sponsorship in a future filing cycle.
Understand the H-1B cap and plan your timeline early
H-1B registration opens in March each year, with employment starting October 1 at the earliest. If you're targeting Facility Solutions Group for H-1B sponsorship, aim to have an offer confirmed well before February to align with their internal HR planning cycle.
Highlight construction or real estate industry knowledge in your application
Facility Solutions Group operates in a specialized sector. Candidates who can demonstrate familiarity with facility management, building systems, or real estate operations stand out and make the sponsorship conversation easier for hiring managers to justify internally.
Canadian and Mexican professionals should explore TN sponsorship
Facility Solutions Group sponsors TN visas, which offer a faster and simpler path than H-1B for eligible Canadian and Mexican nationals. If you hold citizenship from either country, lead with TN eligibility when reaching out to recruiters at the company.
Find verified sponsoring roles through Migrate Mate
Not every open role at Facility Solutions Group will come with sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and identify the specific positions most likely to support visa applications at this company.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Facility Solutions Group sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Facility Solutions Group sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an active sponsorship history in the construction and real estate sector, though sponsorship is typically reserved for specialized technical roles where the position requires a specific degree field. Candidates in engineering, project management, or facilities operations are generally the strongest fit for H-1B consideration at this company.
Which visa types does Facility Solutions Group sponsor?
Facility Solutions Group sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. This range means the company is accessible to international students on OPT or CPT, early-career professionals seeking H-1B sponsorship, and Canadian or Mexican nationals who qualify for TN status in eligible professional categories.
Which departments or roles at Facility Solutions Group are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Given Facility Solutions Group's focus on construction and real estate services, sponsorship tends to concentrate in technically specialized roles such as facilities engineering, project management, estimating, and operations. Roles that require a specific degree field are better positioned for H-1B specialty occupation approval, so targeting positions with clearly defined educational requirements improves your chances.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Facility Solutions Group?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find current openings at Facility Solutions Group that are open to visa sponsorship. The platform verifies sponsorship history directly from government filings, so you can filter for roles at companies like Facility Solutions Group that have a real track record of supporting international hires rather than relying on job descriptions that may not reflect actual sponsorship willingness.
How do I time my application to Facility Solutions Group for H-1B sponsorship?
The H-1B cap registration window opens each March, and new employment can begin no earlier than October 1. To be sponsored in a given cycle, you generally need an offer finalized by early February so the employer can prepare the petition in time. Starting conversations with Facility Solutions Group recruiters in the fall of the prior year gives you the best chance of being included in their H-1B planning for the following cap season.
