Job Roles at Formel D Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Formel D Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles aligned with Green Card sponsorship
Formel D's U.S. sponsorship activity is focused on permanent residency pathways rather than temporary work visas. Prioritize applying for quality engineering, project management, and technical specialist roles where long-term placement is more likely to trigger EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship.
Understand the EB-2 vs. EB-3 distinction before applying
Formel D sponsors both EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards, which have different qualification thresholds. EB-2 typically requires an advanced degree or exceptional ability, while EB-3 covers a broader range of skilled roles. Know which category your background fits before outreach.
Position yourself for automotive quality and inspection work
Formel D specializes in automotive quality management services. Candidates with backgrounds in quality assurance, supplier auditing, or vehicle inspection are best positioned for roles where the company has historically pursued Green Card sponsorship through PERM labor certification.
Filter for verified automotive sponsors before applying
Not all automotive employers will sponsor visas, even for qualified candidates. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your applications on companies like Formel D that have a documented track record with Green Cards.
Engage Formel D's U.S. operations teams directly
Formel D operates across multiple U.S. automotive manufacturing hubs. Research which U.S. facilities or regional offices are actively staffing, as sponsorship decisions are often made at the operational level rather than centrally, and targeted outreach to those teams can improve your chances.
Be patient, Green Card timelines are long
PERM-based Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 is a multi-year process. If Formel D is your target, plan for a longer hiring and immigration timeline than you would with an H-1B petition, and confirm the company's willingness to begin the process during the offer stage.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Formel D sponsor H-1B visas?
Formel D's U.S. sponsorship activity has been focused on Green Card pathways rather than H-1B visas. If you're currently on a nonimmigrant status such as OPT or H-1B with another employer, you'll want to discuss sponsorship options directly with Formel D during the hiring process, as their pattern favors permanent residency routes.
What visa types does Formel D sponsor in the United States?
Formel D sponsors employment-based Green Cards in the U.S., specifically through the EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories. These pathways require PERM labor certification in most cases, meaning the employer must demonstrate no qualified U.S. workers are available. Candidates with advanced degrees or specialized automotive expertise are most likely to qualify for EB-2, while EB-3 covers a broader range of skilled roles.
Which roles or departments at Formel D are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Given Formel D's core business in automotive quality services, roles in quality engineering, process inspection, supplier quality management, and technical project coordination are most aligned with its U.S. operations. These are the functions where the company is most likely to initiate the PERM-based Green Card process for international candidates it cannot fill domestically.
How do I find open jobs at Formel D that include visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find Formel D roles filtered by verified sponsorship history. Because Formel D's sponsorship is relatively selective, it helps to focus on positions that match your qualifications closely rather than applying broadly. Roles requiring specialized automotive expertise are the strongest candidates for Green Card sponsorship.
How do I approach the application process at Formel D as an international candidate?
Be transparent about your immigration needs from the start and frame your background around Formel D's automotive quality focus. Because their sponsorship is tied to PERM labor certification, the company will need to document that your skills are specialized. Arriving with a strong match between your credentials and the specific role strengthens the business case for sponsoring your Green Card.
