Frame your BD experience around ag-sector partnerships
Fresha operates in agriculture and farming, so your resume and cover letter should highlight deal cycles, distribution relationships, or supplier partnerships in food, agri-tech, or rural markets. Generic BD experience won't differentiate you the way sector-relevant context will.
Research Fresha's active hiring markets before applying
Fresha's Business Development openings often cluster around specific regions or product lines. Review the job descriptions closely for territory signals, then tailor your outreach to show you understand the geographic market they're building in.
Confirm your H-2A eligibility before the offer stage
Fresha has used H-2A sponsorship for roles connected to agricultural operations. If your position qualifies under DOL's agricultural worker definition, confirm this alignment with your recruiter early so the petition timeline doesn't catch you or the employer off guard.
Understand DOL's role in your visa timeline
For H-2A petitions, the Department of Labor must certify the job order before USCIS processes the visa. This adds weeks to the overall timeline. Ask your hiring contact what stage the DOL filing is at before you give notice to a current employer.
Prepare your credentials for a specialty occupation argument
Business Development roles can require your employer to demonstrate a degree requirement tied to the position. Gather transcripts, professional certifications, and a clear record of how your academic background directly supports the BD function you're being hired into.
Use Migrate Mate to find open BD roles at Fresha
Searching broadly for sponsored Business Development jobs is inefficient. Use Migrate Mate to filter directly for Fresha openings with confirmed sponsorship history, so you're targeting roles where the pathway already exists rather than guessing from a general job board.

Find Business Development at Fresha JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Fresha sponsor H-1B visas for Business Developments?
Fresha's primary sponsorship activity for roles connected to agricultural operations has been through the H-2A program rather than H-1B. If you're pursuing a Business Development position with a stronger specialty occupation profile, discuss visa pathway options directly with the recruiting team during the interview process, as classification can depend on the specific role structure and your qualifications.
How do I apply for Business Development jobs at Fresha?
Start by browsing current Business Development openings through Migrate Mate, which surfaces Fresha roles with confirmed sponsorship track records. Once you identify a relevant position, tailor your application to reflect agriculture and farming sector experience. Fresha's BD hiring typically evaluates commercial acumen, regional market knowledge, and the ability to manage partner relationships across the supply chain.
Which visa types are commonly used for Business Development roles at Fresha?
Fresha has an established sponsorship history under the H-2A visa program, which covers agricultural worker positions defined by DOL criteria. Depending on how a Business Development role is structured, particularly if it involves oversight of agricultural operations or field-level partner management, H-2A may apply. Roles with a clear specialty occupation argument may also be evaluated for H-1B eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
What qualifications does Fresha expect for Business Development candidates seeking sponsorship?
Fresha typically looks for candidates with a degree in business, agriculture, or a related field, combined with demonstrable experience in commercial partnerships or sales within the agriculture and farming sector. For sponsored roles, your academic credentials need to clearly support the specialty occupation classification. Relevant experience with agri-tech platforms, rural distribution networks, or commodity supply chains strengthens your application significantly.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Fresha Business Development role?
Timeline depends on the visa type. H-2A petitions require DOL job order certification before USCIS adjudication, which typically adds several weeks to the process. From accepted offer to work authorization, the full cycle commonly runs two to four months. Confirming which visa category applies to your role as early as possible in the hiring process helps both you and the employer plan around these windows.
