Requirements: Associates’ degree in Engineering Technology, Computer Numerical Control Machinery or related field or foreign equivalent and 2 years of experience in the automotive glass manufacturing industry, including processes, forming principles, and experience in each of the following:
- Proficient knowledge of cutting, screen printing and drying procedures.
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and experience applying them in automotive glass manufacturing.
- Familiarity with the operational principles of Bystronic CNC cutting machines and screen printing equipment, with hands-on experience in basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
- Ability to operate KUKA industrial robots and performing basic program modifications.
