Industrious is committed to creating an inclusive, respectful environment that embraces your individuality and quirkiness. You are valued for who YOU are. We celebrate our people as individuals who can accomplish great things when we work together as one team.
About The Role
Industrious is proud to bring our most elevated product yet to New York City: Industrious Reserve at Lever House.
Spanning six floors, this flagship Industrious location encompasses management of CBRE’s Investment Management Headquarters, will be home to CBRE’s executive leadership team, as well as 44 luxury private offices designed for New York’s most discerning executives.
Lever House is one of the city’s most iconic buildings, and members and tenants enjoy exclusive access to the renowned Lever Club with its refined lounge, restaurant, event space, and a 13,000-square-foot outdoor terrace in the heart of Park Avenue.
We’re now seeking a Hospitality Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality. This position will work closely alongside our Hospitality Manager.
This is not a typical hospitality role. Success requires someone who is fluent in anticipatory service, delights in creating memorable experiences, and an eye for detail that impresses even the most discerning customers.
As a Hospitality Associate, you will be the heart of the member experience, truly aiming to create a warm, elevated and customer service centered experience for everyone we serve at Lever House.
What You’ll Do:
-
Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Assist and support in creating a seamless, luxury experience at every touchpoint — from private offices to the cafe and gathering spaces — ensuring members feel both cared for and inspired by your approach to service. You will serve as a physical steward of the workplace and will implement and perfect daily food and beverage displays.
-
Cultivate Community: Build and nurture a network of visionary business leaders and cultural tastemakers who will define the membership and be instrumental in providing the service and standards upon which the community is based.
Who You Are:
-
Hands-On: No task is too large or small. This hands-on work energizes you!
-
Grounded in Luxury Hospitality and Customer Service: Your background in hotels, restaurants, or membership clubs can bring a level of service expertise and polish to Lever House.
-
Experienced in F&B: You have your finger on the pulse of the latest and greatest in the F&B space and have FOH experience. You understand the importance of presentation and quality.
-
Obsessed with the Details: You see what others might miss and elevate the everyday through perfectly executed touches that set the standard for excellence.
-
Adaptable & Collaborative: You thrive in complex environments, moving seamlessly between Industrious, CBRE, Lever Club, and member needs without losing focus.
-
Attentive and Proactive: Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from members, employees, and supervisors. Provide solutions quickly, professionally, and with a strong sense of hospitality.
Why This Role Appeals To Hospitality Professionals
For those coming from luxury hotels, restaurants, or membership clubs, this role offers the best of both worlds. You’ll join pre-opening, shaping the details and setting the tone for a flagship launch. Unlike the 24/7 pace of traditional hospitality, this position is centered on business hours, giving you balance while still delivering at the highest standard.
Compensation
The hourly compensation range for this role is between $26 per hour and $29 per hour. The successful candidate's hourly wage will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications.
You will also be eligible for a number of generous benefits including:
- Fixed hours to give you stability
- Commuter Stipend of $150 / quarter
- Travel stipend $150/ annually (after 90 days)
- End of Year Bonus of $1500
- Sick pay as required by law
- Benefits bundle through Sequoia
Hourly and bonus compensation are just two components of Industrious’ total compensation package for this role. Other great perks and benefits include heavily subsidized healthcare plans, generous paid time off, wellness programs, professional development grants, 401k plan, and many other benefits, subject to applicable eligibility criteria and company policies.
Equal Employment Opportunity: Industrious is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity. We have a long-standing commitment to providing equal employment opportunity to all qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, veteran status, political belief, or any other basis protected by applicable law.

Job Roles at Industrious
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Industrious Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target roles with direct business need
Industrious sponsors Green Cards for positions central to its real estate and flexible workspace operations. Focus your applications on roles in property management, facilities, operations, and corporate functions where long-term talent retention is a clear business priority.
Raise sponsorship early in the process
Green Card sponsorship involves significant employer commitment, including PERM labor certification. Bring it up before the offer stage so hiring managers can confirm internal approval and timeline expectations without creating friction later in the process.
Highlight construction and real estate expertise
Industrious operates at the intersection of construction and real estate. Candidates with specialized knowledge in those industries are easier to sponsor because demonstrating that the role requires specific expertise strengthens the PERM labor market test.
Use verified sponsorship data to find open roles
Not every Industrious job listing will mention Green Card sponsorship explicitly. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your applications on roles where sponsorship is genuinely available.
Prepare for a multi-year timeline
Green Card processing at any employer typically spans several years once PERM, I-140 petition, and visa availability are factored in. Ask Industrious's HR team about their internal process and whether they retain immigration counsel to manage filings efficiently.

Does Industrious sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Industrious does sponsor Green Card visas. The company files under the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based categories, supporting foreign nationals in qualifying professional and operational roles. Sponsorship is selective rather than routine, so it is most common for positions where Industrious has a demonstrated long-term hiring need.
Which roles at Industrious are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Roles tied to Industrious's core real estate, property management, and workplace operations functions are the most likely candidates for Green Card sponsorship. Corporate functions such as finance, technology, and people operations may also qualify depending on the seniority and specialization of the position. Frontline or high-turnover roles are less likely to be sponsored.
How do I start the Green Card process at Industrious?
The process typically begins after you have accepted an offer and completed some tenure with the company. Industrious would initiate a PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor, followed by an I-140 immigrant petition filed with USCIS. Your immigration attorney, usually retained by the employer, will guide you through documentation requirements at each stage.
How long does Green Card sponsorship take at Industrious?
The full Green Card process generally takes several years from the start of PERM to receiving a Green Card, and can be longer depending on your country of birth and the EB category your role falls under. PERM alone can take a year or more. Ask Industrious's HR team about their typical timelines and whether they use premium processing where it is available.
How do I find Green Card jobs at Industrious on Migrate Mate?
Migrate Mate allows you to search for verified Green Card-sponsoring employers and filter openings by company, visa type, and industry. Searching for Industrious on Migrate Mate will surface active roles where sponsorship history has been confirmed, helping you focus your application on positions with a realistic path to Green Card support rather than roles with no sponsorship track record.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Industrious?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
