Your Opportunity, Your Team
The Director, People Lead for Supply Chain & Operations is a senior strategic HRBP role within the People Team function at QVC Group. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will serve as the enterprise People partner for our global Supply Chain and Operations organizations - one of the most complex and operationally critical client groups in the company.
Your client group spans global supply chain, US fulfillment centers, customer service, real estate & workplace services, and other core operational functions. This includes a large, distributed, hourly and salaried workforce operating across multiple sites and time zones. You will own the human capital strategy for this population end-to-end, influence senior operations leaders on decisions that affect thousands of employees, and lead a globally dispersed team of People & Organization (P&O) leaders who deliver on the ground every day.
This is not an administrative HR role. You will architect workforce strategies, drive organizational effectiveness, lead through large-scale change, and build the leadership capability your client group needs to execute QVC Group's business strategy.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our US Headquarters in West Chester, PA (Studio Park) several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware.
- Drive large-scale change management and transformation programs across a complex, high-volume workforce - anticipating workforce risk, building change readiness, and mobilizing the right People Team resources to support execution.
- Act as the integrator of the People Team function for your client group - translating operational business needs into COE priorities, managing the People Team delivery experience end-to-end, and ensuring consistency across a geographically distributed employee population.
- Own the human capital strategy for QVC Group's global Supply Chain, Operations, and Fulfillment organization - partnering directly with senior operations leaders to ensure every major business initiative has a clear talent, culture, and organizational health lens from the start.
- Lead, develop, and direct a globally dispersed team of P&O leaders embedded across our operations network - setting direction, managing performance, and building a team that operates as a trusted partner to the business at every site and market.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and challenger to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and the Operations leadership team: bringing a clear point of view on workforce planning, organizational design, succession, performance, and leadership effectiveness. You're here to elevate how leaders think, not just execute what they ask for.
- Use people analytics and workforce data to diagnose organizational health, surface trends across your operations population, and build data-backed recommendations that connect to business outcomes.
- Coach and develop leaders at all levels within your client group - building a culture where feedback, accountability, and growth are embedded in how teams operate day-to-day.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, with demonstrated success supporting large, complex, operationally intensive client groups - supply chain, fulfillment, manufacturing, logistics, or customer service environments strongly preferred.
- Experience partnering with senior operations or supply chain leaders and influencing decisions that affect large, distributed, hourly and salaried workforces.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals, including across geographies and time zones.
- Deep expertise across core HR disciplines: organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and leadership development.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate people data into business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing supply chain operations is a plus.
- Exposure to global or multi-market HR partnerships, including international labor relations or employment law, is a plus.
- Experience with Workday HRIS preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification a plus.
Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts! How to Get Visa Sponsorship in QVC Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target technology and e-commerce roles
QVC's largest Green Card filings tend to cluster in software engineering, data analytics, and digital commerce functions. Focusing your search on these departments improves your odds of landing a role with a clear sponsorship pathway.
Confirm sponsorship intent before applying
Not every QVC role comes with Green Card support. Ask directly during recruiter screens whether the position qualifies for employer-sponsored permanent residence, and get that commitment documented early in the hiring process.
Understand the PERM labor certification timeline
QVC's Green Card process typically starts with PERM, which requires a DOL-supervised recruitment audit. This phase alone can take a year or more, so align your expectations and H-1B or other status extensions accordingly from day one.
Use Migrate Mate to verify sponsorship history
Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you prioritize QVC roles that have a proven record of Green Card filings rather than relying on job descriptions alone.
Highlight specialized retail or supply chain expertise
QVC values candidates whose skills are difficult to source domestically. Emphasizing niche expertise in areas like inventory systems, vendor management, or omnichannel retail strengthens the business necessity case required for PERM approval.
Build tenure before initiating the Green Card process
QVC, like most large retailers, typically initiates Green Card sponsorship once an employee has demonstrated performance and long-term fit. Proving your value in the role before formally requesting sponsorship significantly improves your chances.

Does QVC sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, QVC sponsors Green Card visas for qualifying employees in select roles. Sponsorship is most common in technology, supply chain, and corporate functions where specialized skills are required. Not every position qualifies, so it is important to confirm sponsorship eligibility directly with the recruiter or hiring manager during the interview process.
Which departments at QVC are most likely to offer Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at QVC is most frequently associated with roles in software engineering, data science, e-commerce operations, and supply chain management. These areas involve specialized expertise that supports the labor market test required for PERM approval. Retail merchandising and corporate finance roles have also seen sponsorship, though less consistently.
How does the Green Card application process work at QVC?
QVC typically follows the standard employer-sponsored Green Card process, beginning with PERM labor certification filed with the Department of Labor. Once certified, the company files an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS. Depending on your country of birth and priority date, you may then adjust status in the U.S. or go through consular processing abroad.
How long does it take to get a Green Card through QVC?
The timeline varies significantly. PERM certification alone can take one to two years, and the I-140 adjudication adds additional months. For applicants born in countries with visa backlogs, the total wait can extend many years beyond filing. Starting the process early and maintaining valid work authorization throughout is essential for managing this timeline.
How do I find Green Card jobs at QVC that are open to sponsorship?
Job postings rarely specify Green Card sponsorship explicitly, which makes verification difficult. Migrate Mate aggregates verified sponsorship data so you can identify QVC roles backed by a real filing history rather than guessing from job descriptions. Once you find a promising opening, confirm sponsorship intent directly with QVC's recruiting team before investing time in the application.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at QVC?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
