Job Roles at Aditi Consulting
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Aditi Consulting H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target roles aligned with H-1B specialty occupation criteria
Aditi Consulting places candidates in IT, engineering, and professional services roles that clearly meet specialty occupation standards. Focus your applications on positions requiring a degree in a specific technical field to strengthen your H-1B eligibility.
Understand how staffing firm sponsorship works
At Aditi Consulting, H-1B sponsorship is typically tied to a client placement. Your visa is sponsored by Aditi, but your day-to-day work is at a client site. Make sure you have a confirmed client assignment before the petition is filed.
Engage the recruiter early about your visa status
Aditi Consulting recruiters handle H-1B logistics regularly. Disclose your visa status upfront and ask specifically whether the role is approved for H-1B sponsorship. This avoids wasted time on positions where the client has not agreed to sponsored placements.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified H-1B openings at Aditi
Migrate Mate surfaces verified H-1B sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history. Searching for Aditi Consulting there lets you see current openings tied to their actual H-1B track record, rather than guessing from generic job boards.
Prepare for client interviews as part of the process
Because Aditi Consulting operates as a staffing firm, you may need to pass both an Aditi screening and a client interview before the H-1B petition is initiated. Treat both stages seriously since client approval is typically required before sponsorship proceeds.
Ask about cap-exempt opportunities if you have prior H-1B status
If you've previously held H-1B status, you may be eligible for cap-exempt transfer to Aditi Consulting outside the annual lottery. Raise this with your recruiter early, as it can significantly accelerate your start date compared to waiting for the April cap season.

Does Aditi Consulting sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Aditi Consulting sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying candidates placed in technical and professional roles. As a staffing and recruiting firm, Aditi has established H-1B sponsorship processes and regularly files petitions for international workers placed with its clients across the United States.
Which roles at Aditi Consulting are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Aditi Consulting is most common in IT and technology placements, including software development, data engineering, business analysis, and systems integration roles. These positions align closely with H-1B specialty occupation requirements, making them the strongest candidates for sponsorship through Aditi's staffing model.
How do I apply for H-1B sponsorship through Aditi Consulting?
Start by applying to open roles and confirming with the recruiter that H-1B sponsorship is available for that specific placement. If a client approves your candidacy, Aditi Consulting initiates the H-1B petition process. You can find current openings with verified sponsorship history on Migrate Mate to narrow your search to confirmed H-1B roles.
How long does the H-1B process take at Aditi Consulting?
The timeline depends on the lottery cycle and whether premium processing is used. Standard cap-subject H-1B petitions are filed in April for an October 1 start date, meaning the process can take six months or longer from lottery registration. If you transfer an existing H-1B to Aditi, the timeline is considerably shorter and not lottery-dependent.
What should I know about H-1B sponsorship at a staffing firm like Aditi Consulting?
Unlike direct employers, staffing firms such as Aditi Consulting sponsor your H-1B while placing you at a client site. This means your continued visa status is tied to active placement. If a client engagement ends, Aditi may need to find a new placement for your status to remain valid, so maintaining strong client relationships and staying in contact with your recruiter matters throughout your employment.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Aditi Consulting?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
