Target Roles That Align With Research and Technical Work
Info Way Solutions operates in Science & Research, so sponsored roles tend to require specialized technical or analytical expertise. Focus your application on positions where a specific degree field is a hard requirement, not just a preference, to meet H-1B specialty occupation standards.
Understand Which Visa Types Are on the Table
Info Way Solutions sponsors both H-1B and TN visas. If you're a Canadian or Mexican national in a qualifying profession, the TN route avoids the H-1B lottery entirely. Confirm which visa type fits your nationality and role before reaching out to the employer.
Apply Early in the Hiring Cycle for H-1B Roles
H-1B cap-subject petitions must be filed in April for an October start, so employers begin hiring months in advance. Targeting Info Way Solutions roles in late fall or early winter gives you the best chance of being in place before the filing window opens.
Lead With Your Technical Qualifications Upfront
In Science & Research hiring, employers need confidence that your credentials will hold up under USCIS scrutiny. Highlight your degree field, relevant research experience, and any publications or specialized skills in your resume and cover letter before discussing sponsorship.
Verify Current Openings Through a Platform With Real Sponsorship Data
Not every job posting signals whether sponsorship is genuinely available. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, making it easier to confirm Info Way Solutions is actively hiring before you invest time in an application.
Ask the Right Sponsorship Questions During Interviews
When you reach the interview stage, ask specifically whether the role is approved for H-1B or TN sponsorship and whether the company works with an immigration attorney. Info Way Solutions's Science & Research focus suggests structured hiring, so these conversations are usually welcome.

Does Info Way Solutions sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Info Way Solutions sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying roles in its Science & Research operations. H-1B sponsorship requires the position to meet the specialty occupation standard, meaning a specific bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is a genuine requirement for the job, not just a preference.
What other visa types does Info Way Solutions sponsor?
In addition to the H-1B, Info Way Solutions has a track record of sponsoring TN visas. The TN is available exclusively to Canadian and Mexican nationals working in designated professional categories. It's cap-exempt, which means there's no lottery, and it can often be obtained more quickly than the H-1B.
What kinds of roles at Info Way Solutions typically receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsored roles at Info Way Solutions are generally in technical and research-oriented functions consistent with the company's Science & Research focus. Positions requiring specialized academic credentials in fields like biology, chemistry, data science, or engineering tend to be the strongest candidates for H-1B or TN sponsorship, as they more clearly satisfy specialty occupation requirements.
How do I find open sponsored jobs at Info Way Solutions?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find verified sponsorship opportunities at companies like Info Way Solutions. You can filter by visa type and employer to see roles where sponsorship is confirmed based on actual filing history, rather than relying on job postings that may not specify sponsorship availability. Checking regularly is worthwhile, as research sector roles can open quickly.
How do I approach the application timeline when targeting Info Way Solutions for H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B cap-subject petitions are filed in April for an October 1 start date, so employers typically need to complete hiring several months in advance. If you're targeting Info Way Solutions for an H-1B-sponsored role, aim to have applications submitted and interviews completed by late winter. TN applicants have more flexibility, as there's no annual cap or filing window to work around.
