Job Roles at La Familia Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in La Familia Visa Sponsorship USA
Understand which EB category fits your background
EB-2 requires advanced degrees or exceptional ability, while EB-3 covers skilled and professional workers. Food & Beverage roles at La Familia may qualify under either category depending on your qualifications, so clarify this with their hiring team before accepting an offer.
Position yourself for operational or specialized roles
In Food & Beverage, sponsorship typically flows toward roles that are harder to fill locally, such as specialized culinary positions, food science, or operations management. Aligning your application to these functions improves your chances of La Familia initiating a sponsorship case.
Factor in PERM labor certification when planning your timeline
Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 usually requires PERM labor certification, which adds several months to the process before USCIS filing even begins. Build this timeline into your planning so the length of the process doesn't catch you off guard.
Use verified sponsorship data to prioritize your search
Not every Food & Beverage employer willing to discuss sponsorship has a real track record of completing cases. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by actual sponsorship history and focus your energy on employers like La Familia that have followed through.
Come prepared to discuss long-term commitment
Green Card sponsorship is a significant investment for any employer. La Familia will want confidence you're planning a long-term stay. Be ready to articulate why you want to build your career in the U.S. and specifically in the Food & Beverage industry.

Does La Familia sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship records, La Familia's activity is focused on Green Card sponsorship through the EB-2 and EB-3 categories rather than H-1B temporary work visas. If you require H-1B sponsorship, it is worth confirming directly with La Familia's hiring team whether that pathway is available for the specific role you are targeting.
What visa types does La Familia sponsor?
La Familia sponsors permanent residence through the EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card categories. These pathways are suited to skilled professionals and workers in the Food & Beverage sector. EB-2 is generally for candidates with advanced degrees or exceptional ability, while EB-3 covers a broader range of skilled and professional roles.
Which roles at La Familia are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
In the Food & Beverage industry, sponsorship tends to go toward positions that require specialized skills or are difficult to fill through the local labor market. Roles in culinary operations, food production management, quality assurance, or food science are the most likely candidates. General administrative or entry-level positions are less commonly sponsored.
How do I find open positions at La Familia that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find La Familia roles that come with verified sponsorship history attached. Rather than guessing which postings include sponsorship based on vague language in job descriptions, Migrate Mate lets you filter by employer sponsorship track record so you can apply with confidence that the employer has completed cases before.
How do I approach the Green Card sponsorship conversation with La Familia during the hiring process?
Raise sponsorship eligibility once you have passed initial screening and the employer has shown genuine interest, not in a first-touch application. Ask specifically whether the role qualifies for EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship and whether the company works with an immigration attorney to manage the PERM process. Demonstrating familiarity with the process signals you are a serious, informed candidate.
