Target roles that require specialized technical expertise
Lincoln Premium Poultry's H-1B sponsorships tend to support roles demanding specialized knowledge, such as food science, animal nutrition, or agricultural engineering. Focus your application on positions where your technical degree directly matches the job requirements.
Understand the agricultural hiring cycle
Agriculture and farming companies like Lincoln Premium Poultry often hire on seasonal or project-driven timelines. Apply early in Q1 to align with H-1B cap season, giving the company enough lead time to file your petition before the April lottery deadline.
Highlight cross-functional expertise in food production
Lincoln Premium Poultry operates across the full poultry supply chain. Candidates with experience spanning quality assurance, operations, and regulatory compliance are well-positioned, as these functions often require degree-specific expertise that supports a specialty occupation H-1B case.
Leverage OPT and CPT as an entry point
Lincoln Premium Poultry has a track record of supporting F-1 students through OPT and CPT. If you're currently on a student visa, an internship or OPT role can be a practical path toward a longer-term H-1B sponsorship arrangement with the company.
Research open roles before reaching out to recruiters
Before contacting Lincoln Premium Poultry's HR team, review current openings to identify which departments are actively hiring. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find Lincoln Premium Poultry listings that match your background.
Prepare documentation that supports a specialty occupation case
Because Lincoln Premium Poultry operates in agriculture, clearly demonstrating that your role requires a specific bachelor's degree (not just any degree) strengthens the H-1B petition. Gather transcripts, licenses, and professional references that connect your credentials directly to the position.
