- Several years of experience in full-stack development (Python and at least one of Swift, Typescript, and/or React Native)

- Strong ability to generate and implement new ideas
- Extremely strong communication skills
- Instinctively prioritizes helping others
- Personal interest in shifting the balance of financial power on a global scale
