Overview:
Mile Marker, an omni-channel media agency built for the ambitions of growth marketers, is seeking a Manager, Marketing Analytics to lead the daily delivery of analytics workstreams across clients and projects. This role bridges execution and leadership—guiding Analysts and Senior Analysts to deliver high-quality, actionable insights while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and business impact. The Supervisor plays a key role in shaping measurement approaches, maintaining operational excellence, and translating analytical findings into meaningful recommendations for our clients. About the role
We’re looking for a motivated analytics professional who can manage client delivery, mentor junior analysts, and drive analytical rigor across reporting and measurement frameworks. As a Manager, you’ll balance executional work with day-to-day managerial responsibilities—leading data analysis, designing measurement frameworks, and ensuring QA discipline across multiple accounts. You’ll act as a trusted analytical partner to internal stakeholders, helping transform complex performance data into actionable client stories. This is a pivotal role developing your supervisory and people-management skills, preparing you to advance into Associate Director or Director responsibilities as you continue to build technical mastery and managerial confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics Leadership & Delivery:
- Manage analytics deliverables across assigned clients, ensuring outputs are timely, accurate, and actionable.
- Lead the Forecasting process, ensuring projections are accurate, statistically sound, and aligned with client budget cycles.
- Ensure consistency across data pipelines, taxonomy, and naming conventions.
- Serve as day-to-day analytics lead for assigned accounts, helping translate insights into optimization strategies.
Measurement Strategy & Insights:
- Independently execute and validate MMM and Incrementality studies, interpreting model outputs to provide optimization recommendations.

Team Mentorship & Development:

Collaboration & Client Engagement:

Operational Excellence:
- Maintain governance over QA, process documentation, and data hygiene.
