ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform quality control audits on newly boarded loans to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Review loan documentation and verify proper data entry, API processing, and system accuracy
- Identify and communicate loan boarding errors to internal teams and ensure timely correction
- Monitor loan boarding workflows and ensure all required due diligence is completed
- Assist with data clean-up initiatives and process improvement projects
- Develop and support QC scorecards to track performance and quality metrics
- Serve as a subject matter resource on loan boarding processes and products
- Collaborate with Loan Servicing, call center teams, and leadership to resolve borrower or process-related issues
- Provide documentation and data support for audits, regulatory exams, and reporting requirements
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of experience in loan boarding, loan servicing, or related mortgage functions
