Target technology and engineering roles first
Radial's sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical disciplines supporting its retail fulfillment infrastructure. Software engineers, data analysts, and systems architects are among the profiles most likely to see H-1B and Green Card sponsorship offered.
Understand Radial's dual sponsorship track
Radial sponsors both H-1B and employment-based Green Cards, so candidates can realistically plan a long-term path from initial work authorization through permanent residence without changing employers mid-career.
Lead with supply chain and logistics expertise
Radial operates at the intersection of retail and fulfillment technology. Candidates with backgrounds in warehouse operations, order management systems, or retail logistics are well-positioned for roles that come with sponsorship support.
Use OPT and CPT as your entry point
Radial sponsors F-1 OPT and CPT, making it accessible to students on practical training. Securing a role under OPT creates a natural pathway toward H-1B sponsorship before your authorized period expires.
Canadian and Mexican candidates should ask about TN eligibility
Radial sponsors TN visas, which offer a faster and simpler route than H-1B for qualifying roles. If you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship, confirm TN eligibility early in the hiring process rather than assuming H-1B is your only option.
Filter for verified sponsors before applying
Not every retail employer actively sponsors visas, so targeting confirmed sponsors saves time. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your applications on companies like Radial that have a demonstrated track record.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Radial sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Radial sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an active sponsorship track record across technical and operational roles within its retail fulfillment business. H-1B sponsorship at Radial tends to be concentrated in software engineering, data, and systems-focused positions rather than generalist or hourly roles.
Which visa types does Radial sponsor?
Radial sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN visa, and employment-based Green Cards including EB-2 and EB-3 categories. This range makes Radial a strong option for candidates at different stages, whether you're completing a degree, transitioning from OPT, or already working toward permanent residence.
Which departments or roles at Radial are most likely to offer visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Radial is most common in technology, engineering, and operations roles that support its retail logistics and fulfillment platform. Positions in software development, data engineering, supply chain systems, and IT infrastructure align most closely with the company's documented sponsorship activity. Corporate and hourly warehouse roles are less likely to include sponsorship.
How do I find visa-sponsored jobs at Radial?
The most reliable approach is to search for Radial on Migrate Mate, which tracks verified sponsorship history and surfaces open roles at companies with confirmed sponsorship records. This lets you confirm Radial's current openings before investing time in applications, rather than discovering sponsorship limitations late in the process.
How do I time my application to Radial given H-1B cap deadlines?
If you're on F-1 OPT, aim to secure a Radial offer with enough lead time for them to file an H-1B petition in the March registration window. OPT cap-gap protections can bridge employment through September 30 if your status expires while an approved petition is pending, but planning ahead with your recruiter on timelines is essential.
