Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Construction Project Manager Jobs at Rosendin Electric Jobs
Translate field credentials into U.S. equivalents
Rosendin evaluates PMs against U.S. electrical contractor standards. Get your foreign engineering or construction management degree assessed by a NACES-member credential evaluation service before applying, so your qualifications are immediately legible to their hiring team.
Target project types Rosendin actively staffs
Rosendin's pipeline skews toward utility-scale electrical, data center, and renewable energy builds. Framing your resume around those project types, rather than general commercial construction, signals fit for the roles where they're actively hiring and most likely to sponsor.
Search open Construction Project Manager roles on Migrate Mate
Migrate Mate filters job listings by visa sponsorship type, so you can find Rosendin's open Construction Project Manager positions without sifting through roles that won't support your visa category.
Confirm LCA filing before your start date
For H-1B or TN sponsorship, your employer files a Labor Condition Application with the DOL certifying prevailing wage compliance. Ask your Rosendin HR contact for the expected LCA certification timeline so you can plan your transition without a gap in work authorization.
Secure PMP or CCM certification before outreach
Rosendin's PM postings consistently reference project management credentials as differentiators. Holding a PMP or Certified Construction Manager designation before you apply strengthens the specialty occupation argument USCIS uses to evaluate H-1B petitions for construction management roles.
Use your OPT or grace period window strategically
If you're finishing a construction management or engineering program, your 60-day OPT grace period is active time to pursue Rosendin offers. An employer can begin the H-1B cap-subject filing process while you're still in valid F-1 status, avoiding a status gap.

Find Construction Project Manager at Rosendin Electric JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Rosendin Electric sponsor H-1B visas for Construction Project Managers?
Yes, Rosendin Electric has sponsored H-1B visas for construction and project management functions. Sponsorship for this role typically depends on the candidate's qualifications and the specific project need at the time of hiring. Construction Project Manager positions can qualify as specialty occupations under USCIS criteria when the role requires a bachelor's degree or higher in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
Which visa types are commonly used for Construction Project Manager roles at Rosendin Electric?
Rosendin Electric has sponsored H-1B visas and also works with F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, and J-1 visa holders for construction and project management roles. TN status is a practical option for Canadian and Mexican nationals with qualifying engineering or management credentials. F-1 OPT is commonly used by recent graduates in construction management or engineering programs as a bridge to longer-term sponsorship.
How do I apply for Construction Project Manager jobs at Rosendin Electric?
You can find and apply for Rosendin Electric's open Construction Project Manager positions through Migrate Mate, which filters listings by visa sponsorship type so you can confirm eligibility before applying. Rosendin's postings typically ask for demonstrated experience managing electrical or large-scale construction projects, so tailor your application materials to reflect the scope, budget, and trade coordination experience most relevant to their work.
What qualifications does Rosendin Electric expect for Construction Project Manager candidates?
Rosendin typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or a closely related field, combined with hands-on experience managing electrical or utility construction projects. Familiarity with project controls, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance is expected. Professional certifications such as PMP or CCM are frequently referenced in their postings and strengthen both your application and any visa petition.
How do I time a visa sponsorship process when targeting a Construction Project Manager role at Rosendin Electric?
H-1B cap-subject petitions can only be filed once per year with a USCIS lottery in March for an October 1 start date, so timing your job search to land an offer by February or early March is critical. TN visas have no cap and can be processed at the border or port of entry, making them faster for eligible candidates. Start conversations with Rosendin HR about sponsorship early in the offer stage, not after signing.
