RRC is seeking a talented Drafting Supervisor to help us build the future of U.S. energy production from our Austin/Round Rock Texas office. Remote work locations are also available. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily drafting operations, enforce CAD standards, and QA/QC procedures to maintain consistency and accuracy across department deliverables
• Manage and mentor drafting staff, and collaborate with project managers and field crews to deliver accurate, high-quality survey documents
• Serve as a technical resource for drafting challenges, providing guidance and support to the team
• Review and approve deliverables for the team
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, regulatory standards, and company guidelines

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Drafting Technology, Surveying preferred
• Equivalent experience with demonstrated leadership will be strongly considered.
• 10+ years of survey or civil drafting experience
• At least 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Solid knowledge of NCS, NSPS, FEMA FIRM, and related industry standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, quality deliverables
