As a Night Crew Manager, you’re the driving force behind the store’s overnight transformation—ensuring shelves are stocked, aisles are clear, and the store is ready to welcome customers each morning. You lead and support your team in unloading freight, stocking shelves, maintaining inventory, and keeping the store clean and organized. You also play a critical role in store security, monitoring safety protocols and ensuring a secure environment during overnight hours. Hourly Pay & Benefit Details
The hourly rate [salary] for this position is $27.11 per hour; Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Dependent on length of service, hours worked and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include healthcare, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility).
