Target clinical and technical roles first
Saint Francis Health System's sponsorship activity is concentrated in clinical and technical healthcare roles. Focus your applications on positions like registered nurses, physicians, therapists, and medical technologists where international hiring is most common and sponsorship is more established.
Highlight licensure and credentials early
Healthcare employers like Saint Francis Health System place significant weight on U.S.-recognized clinical credentials. Obtaining or initiating relevant state licensure before applying signals readiness and removes a common barrier employers cite when hesitating on sponsorship.
Ask about permanent residency pathways during the offer stage
Saint Francis Health System has demonstrated commitment to both temporary and immigrant visa sponsorship. If long-term U.S. residency is your goal, raise the EB-2 or EB-3 pathway during offer negotiations rather than waiting until after your H-1B is approved.
Apply early in the fiscal year if targeting H-1B
H-1B cap filings open in April with a March registration window. Healthcare roles at Saint Francis often require credentialing time before a start date, so beginning conversations in the fall or winter gives both sides sufficient runway for a smooth filing.
Use a verified sponsor database to find open roles
Not every job posting discloses sponsorship availability upfront. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your search on Saint Francis Health System roles where sponsorship is a realistic outcome.
