ROLE SUMMARY
The Junior Sales Representative is responsible for supporting the sales team through initial outreach, lead qualification, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for an ambitious, highly motivated individual looking to launch a career in sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Conduct preliminary research to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Outreach: Execute initial cold calls and email campaigns under the guidance of senior team members.
- Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- CRM Management: Accurately log and update all prospecting and lead activity in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Learning and Development: Participate actively in training sessions to develop a strong understanding of our products/services and sales methodology.
- Goal Tracking: Meet or exceed daily and weekly metrics for calls, emails, and qualified appointments set.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or high-growth environment.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational ability; proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Attributes: Highly coachable, resilient, enthusiastic, and a strong desire to learn and advance in a sales career.
