Our challenge
We are seeking a skilled ETRM Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and architectures for our Energy Trading and Risk Management systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in energy trading, risk management, and a strong background in data engineering, ensuring accurate data flow, transformation, and storage for business analytics and reporting.
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for ETRM systems and related data sources.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, traders, risk managers, and IT teams to understand data requirements.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into data warehouses or data lakes.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all platforms.
- Optimize data workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Implement data governance and compliance standards in all data processes.
- Support reporting, analytics, and visualization efforts with high-quality data.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and services related to data storage and processing.
- Familiarity with ETRM systems (Endur, OpenLink, etc.) and energy market data.
