Focus on Green Card-eligible roles
Titan America's sponsorship activity centers on permanent residency pathways rather than temporary work visas. Prioritize roles in operations, engineering, and materials science where EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship is most likely to be offered to long-term hires.
Understand the visa types Titan America supports
Titan America sponsors EB-2, EB-3, TN, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT visas. If you're on OPT or CPT, target internship and entry-level roles in their materials and chemicals operations where academic training authorization is routinely accepted.
Lead with long-term commitment in your application
Companies that sponsor Green Cards value retention. In your cover letter and interviews, emphasize your interest in building a career within the Chemicals and Materials sector specifically, not just securing initial work authorization.
Target technical and engineering functions
Chemicals and Materials companies like Titan America typically sponsor international talent in highly specialized technical roles. Focus your application on process engineering, materials science, quality assurance, and similar functions where domain expertise justifies sponsorship investment.
Use TN status as a pathway if you qualify
Canadian and Mexican nationals should note that Titan America sponsors TN visas. TN status moves faster than most Green Card timelines, making it a strong entry point. Search for open roles at Titan America on Migrate Mate, which surfaces verified sponsors filterable by visa type.
Apply early and expect a longer hiring cycle
Green Card sponsorship involves PERM labor certification, which adds time to the hiring process. Titan America's HR teams plan around this, so applying well before your work authorization expires gives both sides the runway needed to complete sponsorship comfortably.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Titan America sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Titan America does not have a track record of H-1B visa sponsorship. The company's international hiring has focused on Green Card pathways such as EB-2 and EB-3, along with TN visas for eligible Canadian and Mexican nationals, and F-1 OPT and CPT for students. If H-1B visa sponsorship is a requirement, clarify directly with Titan America's HR team during the interview process.
What visa types does Titan America sponsor?
Titan America sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards, TN visas, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT. This mix suggests the company actively supports both permanent residency for experienced professionals in the Chemicals and Materials industry and temporary authorization for students and early-career candidates entering through academic programs.
Which departments or roles at Titan America are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
In the Chemicals and Materials sector, sponsorship is most common in technically specialized roles where domain expertise is difficult to source domestically. At Titan America, this typically points to engineering, materials science, manufacturing operations, and quality control functions. Roles requiring advanced degrees in relevant fields are the strongest candidates for EB-2 sponsorship in particular.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Titan America?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find roles at Titan America that come with real sponsorship history attached. Unlike general job boards, Migrate Mate verifies sponsorship track records so you can filter by visa type and identify companies like Titan America that have a documented history of supporting international candidates through the hiring process.
How do I approach the application timeline when targeting Green Card sponsorship at Titan America?
Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 involves PERM labor certification before USCIS petition filing, which means the process can take a year or more from the time of hire. Apply as early as your work authorization timeline allows, communicate your status transparently during screening, and confirm the company's willingness to initiate PERM before accepting an offer.
