How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Tubi Visa Sponsorship USA
Target engineering and product roles first
Tubi's sponsorship activity skews heavily toward technical functions. Software engineers, data scientists, and product managers working on streaming infrastructure and recommendation systems are the most likely candidates for visa support at Tubi.
Understand Tubi's Green Card commitment
Tubi's sponsorship history leans strongly toward permanent residence pathways. If long-term U.S. immigration stability matters to you, Tubi's track record on Green Cards makes it a stronger long-term bet than many media companies.
Frame your experience around streaming and ad tech
Tubi operates at the intersection of streaming technology and digital advertising. Candidates who can connect their background to AVOD platforms, content delivery, or programmatic advertising will stand out in the hiring process.
Research roles before applying to confirm sponsorship eligibility
Not every role at Tubi will qualify for visa sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus only on positions where sponsorship is a realistic outcome.

Does Tubi sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Tubi does sponsor H-1B visas, though its sponsorship activity is more concentrated on permanent residence pathways than H-1B filings. H-1B sponsorship at Tubi is primarily associated with specialized technical roles in engineering and product. If you're targeting an H-1B, focus your applications on roles where highly specialized skills are clearly required.
What types of visas does Tubi sponsor?
Tubi sponsors both H-1B nonimmigrant work visas and employment-based Green Cards, primarily through the EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories. The company's sponsorship profile is weighted toward Green Card filings, suggesting a pattern of supporting long-term immigration for valued employees rather than short-term work authorization alone.
Which departments or roles at Tubi are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Technical roles in software engineering, data science, machine learning, and product management are the strongest candidates for visa sponsorship at Tubi. These functions align with the specialized skill requirements that support both H-1B petitions and employment-based Green Card sponsorship in a media and entertainment technology environment.
How do I find visa-sponsored job openings at Tubi?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find roles at Tubi that come with real sponsorship backing. Rather than guessing which postings include sponsorship, Migrate Mate filters by verified sponsorship history so you can see Tubi's open roles alongside its actual track record. This saves time and targets your efforts where sponsorship is genuinely on the table.
How do I improve my chances of getting sponsored by Tubi?
Align your application to Tubi's core business, free ad-supported streaming, content recommendation, and advertising technology. Candidates with demonstrable expertise in scalable systems, data pipelines, or digital video infrastructure are most likely to clear the bar for sponsorship consideration. Applying early to open roles and clearly articulating your technical impact will strengthen your case significantly.
