This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office. You must be willing to travel to our San Francisco office 2-3 days/week.
What You'll Do:
- Ensure the CPTO is well-prepared with agenda & materials for meetings
- Partner closely with executives to help them manage their time efficiently
- Manage routine executive communications internally and externally and ensure that follow-ups happen in a timely manner
- Own administrative duties including calendar and schedule, travel itineraries, reservations, and expenses for the CPTO and his leadership team
- Own special projects for the technology organization and partner directly with executives
- Find opportunities to take workstreams off the executive’s plate and remove bottlenecks
- Oversee meeting schedules for key events and onsites
- Collaborate with EA teams internally and externally on meetings, event coordination, and special projects
- Uphold Tubi’s reputation by managing high-stakes relationships and communications with C-Suite executives and high-level talent
- Support day-to-day operations of the office space including conference room and desk assignments, supplies, and shared equipment
- Enhance productivity across the team through intelligent management and design

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. High cost labor markets such as but not limited to Los Angeles, New York City, and San Francisco $98,800—$141,000 USD.
