CUSTOMER & COMMUNICATION LEADERSHIP
- Serve as the customer's single point of contact (SPOC) from high-probability opportunity / Job Kickoff through customer acceptance and closeout on complex, high-value, or multi-phase modular programs.
- Execute all communication using standard PMO tools: weekly status updates, milestone notices, schedule reports, risk and issue summaries, and decision documentation.
- Lead the post-PO RFI and Submittal processes, driving accuracy, traceability, and timely closure through clear two-way communication per the communication plan.
- Represent Gradian in customer-facing technical meetings, design reviews, and program reviews.
PROJECT EXECUTION & CONTROL
- Own scope, schedule, cost, risk, change control, and quality across the full lifecycle for a concurrent portfolio of complex, high-value ETO modular projects (typical duration: 2–12 months).
- Develop and maintain detailed multi-month project schedules; coordinate cross-functional teams including Applications Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance (QA), and Logistics — with particular attention to off-site fabrication scheduling, multi-trade equipment integration (mechanical, electrical, controls), and modular shipping logistics.
- Maintain all PMO digital artifacts in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, including the Decisions Log, RFI Register, Submittal Register, Risk and Issue Log, and version-controlled drawings, specifications, and approvals.
- Lead internal and external gate reviews and milestone events.
