QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills
- 5–10+ years of professional experience in heavy civil and bridge construction management.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex infrastructure projects for state departments of transportation.
- Proficiency in construction contract administration and technical specification adherence.
- Advanced capability with project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong analytical skills for detailed cost tracking and financial reporting.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on directing field personnel and subcontractors.
