Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire construction portfolio, including planning, execution, and delivery of projects across multiple sites.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency, project profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee project management teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Utilize Excel data analysis and other tools to monitor project performance metrics, identify areas for process improvement, and support data-driven decisions.
• Drive business development initiatives by cultivating client relationships and exploring new market opportunities.
• Supervise profit & loss analysis to maintain financial health of the company, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Foster a culture of lean management and continuous improvement through team development and process optimization.
• Collaborate with executive-level teams to align operational strategies with overall corporate goals.
• Oversee team management activities including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and leadership development.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols across projects.

Experience

• Proven management experience within the construction industry, demonstrating success in overseeing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Extensive team management experience with a focus on developing high-performing teams through coaching and strategic leadership.
• Strong background in project management methodologies, operational management, and process improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in Excel data analysis for tracking project metrics, financials, and operational KPIs.
• Experience in business development efforts that expand market share and increase revenue streams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead executive-level teams with strategic vision while managing day-to-day operations effectively.
• Knowledge of profit & loss analysis practices combined with lean management principles to maximize efficiency and profitability.
