Overview
The Social Content Producer will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of social-first content across a growing range of formats, including social content shoots, social-first campaigns, athlete content, and creator partnerships. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality content at scale while balancing creative execution with production operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production of social-first content, from planning through on-set execution
- Oversee all production logistics, including scheduling, locations, permits, crew, equipment, and talent
- Ensure content is captured efficiently and aligns with platform best practices and performance goals
- Lead content capture at high-profile brand events, adapting to fast-paced environments and evolving priorities
- Support production of athlete content, including talent coordination and on-site execution
- Manage creator content from outreach and briefing through final delivery, including timelines, approvals, and coordination with Influencer/Talent teams
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with content calendars and campaign timelines
- Own projects with a high level of autonomy, bringing structure and organization to production workflows
- Contribute to improving processes and identifying ways to increase efficiency as content volume grows
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Social, Influencer, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment from concept through execution
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5+ years of experience in social content production, digital media, or creative production
- Strong understanding of social platforms and evolving content trends
- Experience producing high-volume content and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution
- Comfortable operating independently and driving projects forward in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong understanding of social content performance and audience engagement
- Solutions-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Collaborative with a proactive and clear communication style
- Experience working with creators, influencers, and talent preferred
- Comfortable working on-location, including travel and non-standard hours as needed
The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$115,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
