Summary

Experienced Contract Analyst with expertise in contract administration, invoice review, compliance, and financial record management. Skilled in budget tracking, payment processing, vendor coordination, and resolving invoice discrepancies while ensuring regulatory compliance. Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in government, nonprofit, and public-sector environments.

Responsibilities

- Review and process invoices to ensure compliance with contract terms, agency policies, and funding requirements.
- Monitor contract expenditures and verify supporting financial documentation.
- Track contract deliverables, payment schedules, and budget utilization.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, finance teams, and program staff to resolve invoice and contract-related issues.
- Assist with contract renewals, amendments, modifications, and closeout activities.
