We are seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Registered Nurse with a strong critical care background to join a fast-paced PACU/ICU team at a premier Level 1 Trauma Center in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will recover highly acute trauma, neuro, and complex surgical patients. This facility requires nurses who can think critically, act quickly, and seamlessly transition between intensive care and post-anesthesia environments.

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay:
- PACU / ICU Registered Nurse (RN) : Up to $2,500 / week
(Pay ranges depend on facility, shift, and contract length)
The Travel Package (Must live 50+ miles from the facility)
- Estimated Weekly Gross: Up to ~$2,500.00 (Base 36 Clinical Hours)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide immediate post-operative care and continuous monitoring for high-acuity surgical and trauma patients.
- Manage complex airways, ventilators, arterial lines, and titrate critical vasoactive drips.
- Collaborate directly with trauma surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the intensive care team to ensure seamless patient handoffs.
- Stabilize patients emerging from anesthesia and evaluate readiness for transfer to the ICU or step-down units.
Maximize Your Earnings (The Schedule):
- Standard Shift: 36 hours per week.
- Day and Night Shifts currently needed: 7a-7:30p or 7p-7:30a
- Call Requirement: On call required as needed.
- Weekends: Every other weekend as required.
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (with a high probability of extension).
Requirements to Apply:
- Georgia RN License (or eNLC Multi-State Compact License).
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an ICU, Neuro ICU, Surgical Trauma ICU, or high-acuity PACU.
- Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
