Duties:
- Provide individual therapy sessions to child and adolescent clients after school and on Saturdays
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Develop and implement behavior management strategies for clients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate client care
- Coordinate referrals and resources for clients
- Provide family support and consultation
- Utilize evidence-based practices in the treatment of behavioral health disorders
- Conduct crisis management interventions as needed Utilize evidence-based practices in the treatment of behavioral health disorders
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting
- Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations using the ICD-10 coding system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and their families
- Ability to develop and implement behavior management plans tailored to individual client needs
