- Providing stabilizing and recovery-oriented healthcare services to critically ill patients.
- Conducting thorough medical examinations and tests to accurately assess patient conditions.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Managing complex medical conditions and life-sustaining therapies in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, specialists, and support staff.
- Explaining patient conditions, health status, and necessary treatments clearly to patients and their families.
- Participating in daily rounds and contributing to comprehensive patient care discussions.
- Ensuring adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and best practices in critical care medicine.
