Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to support both our current customers and the business written by our sales team. This role is critical to client retention, policy servicing, and creating an exceptional customer experience.
You will help customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims guidance, renewals, coverage reviews, and day-to-day account needs while working closely with our sales team to keep business running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist current customers with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and account updates
- Support clients with claims questions and next-step guidance
- Help service new business written by the sales team
- Review accounts for additional needs and refer opportunities to licensed sales team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up
- Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional customer service
- Help create a positive office culture and smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and dependable
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office
- Customer service or office experience preferred
- Insurance experience is a plus, not required
- Licensing required (we can provide study material, pay for licenses, & reimburse for passed tests)
