Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for clients both in person and over the phone. This role is responsible for creating a positive client experience, managing appointments, supporting clinic operations, and helping communicate the services and mission of Trusted Paws Veterinary Clinic through client interactions and social media engagement.

Responsibilities

Client Service

• Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
• Check patients in and out efficiently
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records
• Educate clients on clinic services, wellness plans, vaccines, and surgical procedures
• Resolve client concerns professionally and compassionately

Administrative Duties

• Maintain patient and client records in the practice management system
• Assist with daily office operations and filing
• Coordinate appointment reminders and follow-up communications
• Support veterinarians and technicians with administrative needs

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required
• Veterinary, medical, or animal care experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn veterinary software
• Experience with Facebook and social media platforms preferred
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine love for animals

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
