Customer Success Specialist Jobs in Arizona: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a customer success specialist in Arizona?
Customer success specialist is not a licensed or regulated role in Arizona, so there is no state-issued credential required to work in this field. Most Arizona employers look for a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related discipline, combined with experience in account management, technical support, or sales. Certifications such as the SuccessHACKER or Gainsight Customer Success certification can strengthen a candidacy, and familiarity with the SaaS tools common among Arizona's tech employers carries significant weight in the hiring process.
How much do customer success specialists make in Arizona?
Customer success specialists in Arizona earn a median of about $45,690 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $35,140 for the lowest 10% to over $62,970 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire customer success specialists in Arizona?
Employers hiring customer success specialists in Arizona right now include Clear Demand, RevolutionParts, and Uniti, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Arizona's concentration of SaaS headquarters, financial services firms, and healthcare technology companies means demand for this role stays consistent throughout the year across Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe.
Which Arizona cities have the most customer success specialist jobs?
Phoenix, Tempe, and Arizona are the Arizona cities with the most customer success specialist openings. Phoenix anchors the market as the state's main commercial hub, with Scottsdale and Tempe adding significant volume thanks to the dense cluster of technology, fintech, and enterprise software companies that have established headquarters or major offices in the East Valley.
