Kyndryl is looking for an Onsite Data Center Management employee. In this role you will lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of data center facilities that support critical customer environments. This role focuses on day-to-day operational excellence, facilities readiness, and coordination across technical and facilities teams to ensure availability, performance, and compliance. Success is measured through uptime, incident prevention, audit readiness, and the consistent delivery of operational outcomes aligned to customer requirements.

• This position will require you to work onsite at a client location 5 days a week in Midland, Michigan

• Manage daily data center operations including power, cooling, space, and environmental controls

• • Oversee preventive maintenance and operational procedures to maintain availability and resilience
• • Coordinate facility activities with infrastructure, network, storage, and platform teams
• • Lead incident response for facilities related events and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
• • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements across the data center
• • Manage vendor performance for facilities services and maintenance activities
• • Plan and track capacity for power, cooling, and floor space based on demand forecasts
• • Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and audit evidence
• • Support customer engagements by translating availability and performance requirements into operational actions

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $63,840 to $121,440 based on a full-time schedule.

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California (San Francisco Bay Area):$76,680 to $145,680

California (All Other):$70,320 to $133,560

Colorado: $63,840 to $121,440

Massachusetts$63,840 to $133,560

New York City: $76,680 to $145,680

Washington: $70,320 to $133,560

Washington DC:$70,320 to $133,560

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
