Data Quality Analyst Jobs in New Hampshire: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a data quality analyst in New Hampshire?
Most New Hampshire employers require a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, or business analytics as the foundation for this role. There is no state-issued license or registration specific to data quality analysts in New Hampshire. Candidates typically strengthen their profile with vendor-neutral credentials such as the DAMA Certified Data Management Professional or a platform certification in a tool like Informatica or Talend, then apply to entry or associate-level openings at healthcare systems, financial firms, or defense contractors in the Manchester and Nashua corridor.
How much do data quality analysts make in New Hampshire?
Data quality analysts in New Hampshire earn a median of about $100,620 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $73,480 for the lowest 10% to over $155,020 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire data quality analysts in New Hampshire?
Companies currently hiring data quality analysts in New Hampshire include BAE Systems USA, Amphenol, and Deka Research & Development, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. New Hampshire's concentration of financial services, healthcare, and defense technology employers means openings tend to cluster around organizations managing large regulated datasets.
Which New Hampshire cities have the most data quality analyst jobs?
The cities with the most data quality analyst openings in New Hampshire are Nashua, Manchester, and Hudson. Manchester leads because it is the state's largest city and home to a dense mix of financial services firms, health systems, and technology companies, while Nashua draws demand from its corridor of defense and advanced technology employers, and Concord's concentration of state government and insurance organizations generates additional openings for compliance-focused analysts.
Are there remote data quality analyst jobs in New Hampshire?
Yes, and more than most fields, since data quality work is fundamentally desk-based and can be performed wherever secure data access is available. About 36% of data quality analyst openings tied to New Hampshire are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting how well-suited the role is to distributed work environments. Governance, documentation, and reporting tasks are the most consistently remote, while hands-on data migration or systems-integration projects more often require on-site presence.
How can I get hired as a data quality analyst in New Hampshire with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving laterally from a data entry, business analyst, or QA testing role where you already work with structured datasets and can demonstrate attention to accuracy. Large New Hampshire employers such as Dartmouth Health and Fidelity Investments occasionally post associate analyst or data operations roles that serve as structured entry points for candidates without dedicated quality experience. Building a portfolio of SQL validation scripts or a personal data-cleaning project, and earning a DAMA or platform-specific certification, gives a candidate a concrete edge over an otherwise thin resume when applying to these openings.
Where can I find and apply to data quality analyst jobs in New Hampshire?
You can find and apply to data quality analyst jobs in New Hampshire on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings across the state. Search the available roles, identify the ones that match your experience and preferred location or work arrangement, and apply directly to whichever positions fit.
