About The Team
Our Advertising & Promotion team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We’ve built a retail media network that enables CPG advertisers to easily reach DoorDash audiences and drive sales and category growth. This role will be responsible for the strategy and operationalization of an emerging CPG advertiser cohort.
About The Role
You will report into the Director of Go To Market on our CPG team in our Ads Strategy & Operations organization. In this role, you will:
- Own business performance across mid-market CPGs – tracking revenue goals and OKRs, and defining the strategy to attain each
- Partner closely with Sales team to develop goals, understand and define the operating model to achieve growth within both existing and net-new advertiser cohorts
- Partner cross-functionally across Strategy & Operations, Insights & Measurement, Product, Catalog, and more to operationalize the strategy to enable success
- Partner with PMM, PR, and B2B Marketing on driving upper-funnel awareness and growth of ads & driving cohort-specific outreach to spur activation
- Lead the GTM motion, developing resources, programs, and playbooks to empower Sales team to drive activation, upsell, and retention
- Track progress, identify risks, and problem-solve against blockers towards meeting objectives. Build scalable processes and tools to enable automation and reduce manual work across teams.
- Develop modeling and data tracking to support and advance business forecasting and tracking at scale

We’re Excited About You Because…
- You have 6+ years of experience in ad tech, retail media, ecommerce, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of leading revenue-driving projects, working cross-functionally with product and sales, and delivering on results
- Excellent analytical abilities (comfort with Excel and basic SQL required)
- Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado. $136,000—$200,000 USD
