INTRODUCTION

The classroom teacher at Saint Matthias School supports the mission of Catholic education to form faithful disciples. The teacher is responsible for planning and delivering high-quality instruction for 2nd grade subjects (self contained classroom).

The teacher reports directly to the principal and collaborates with faculty and staff to support student learning and school improvement.

Saint Matthias is seeking a passionate educator who will:

• Deliver lessons in both Spanish & English

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree
• Practicing Catholic
• Knowledge of content standards

WAGE RANGE

The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
